Refor 3

A new generation rebar locators for fast and accurate determination of location, cover and diameter of metal bars in reinforced concrete constructions.

Refor 3 saves time. Device indicates when bars are approached. When the concrete is scanned with the probe, bars are indicated directly by a clearly audible buzzer and cover is displayed by 20mm high digits. Can display and store multiple measurements at the same time. Measurements can be stored into memory and recalled later, using them for reports.

• Easy setting for bar diameters between 6 and 40 mm diameter
• If unknown, the diameter of the bars can be measured, independent of the steel-quality.

• Autoscan at 2 speeds offers scanning and graphical readout of up to 1 meter measurement length within 10 seconds
 

One of the unique features is Autoscan. Autoscan is a graphical way of displaying and offers the possibility to discriminate bars that are located very close together.

 
• Autoscan allows to directly determine deviations of parallel bars in reinfoced concrete elements

• Multi-bar indication for displaying up to 15 adjacent bars simultanuously, position and irregularities in the construction can be observed on the display.

• New robust miniature search probe, special construction for precise measurements.
• Humid or wet concrete has no influence on the measurements
• Rechargeable battery, charging indication shown at the display
• Simple operation with only 5 buttons, menu driven
